Vertical GDC machine ‘s cooling system. Cooling water control button (three-position switch) is installed on the operation box of GDC machine. The three-position switch controls all cooling channels, and has three models of often manual, close and automation.
Upper mould and down mould both have three cooling channels. Upper mould has two water loops and one air loop, the same as down mould. The coolant keeps same and cannot be adjusted. The water cooling sets with brass filter to ensure solenoid smoothly.
Cooling is controlled by time and set on the touch sensitive screen.
The cooling solenoid valve installs on the two standing pillars by installation base, and thermal separated by steel plate. The wire from operation box to pneumatic control solenoid valve is protected by wire jacket.
The installation foundation is designed by Wanfeng Tech.
