Tilting GDC machine for Cylinder head
Dual servo control, realize 180 degree tilting with high precision, meet different casting process of cylinder head production for automobile.
The fixed framework consists of bottom base, working bench, master cylinder installation plate and four standing pillars.
The moving template structure is integrated to be a slide unit by three chrome plated guide pillars connected with master cylinder plate and moving template, and hangs on the up fixed template by guide bush and master cylinder fixed on the up fixed template. Such structure keeps moving parts away from heat and avoids moving templates’ instability caused by thermal deformation.
Adjusting proximity switch to realize die locking, opening and ejecting in any position of moving template’s vertical stroke. It suits for different sizes of molds and can adjust and position precisely (The proximity sensors for all four sides).
Traveling crane pushes mold into the center of machine, the up mold connects mold with bolts by U type groove in the moving template. Down mold realizes automatic locking drive by three oil cylinders pushing automatic locking blocks. Side cores installation is finished by the joint of studs on side cores and U type groove on side connection plate.
Ejection hydro-cylinder is installed on the machine bottom base. Pistons of cylinders are connected with mold ejection plate by U type blocks to realize automatic products ejection and ejection pins reset. Such kind of structure can find oil leakage quickly and avoid hydraulic oil runs over as the gravity force.
Four strengthened side core structures finish mold opening & locking by reversed installation cylinder pushes two guide pillars. The guide structure with cover can protect the cylinder from collision.
