GDC machine for Cylinder head
Dual servo control, realize 180 degree tilting with high precision, meet different casting process of cylinder head production for automobile.
PLC control model makes whole machine work intelligently. The whole casting process can be finished under automatic or manual model, which including mould locking, cooling, mould opening and ejection automatically etc. Each GDC machine has a robot operation button.
Operation terminal adopts touch-screen entering with English and Chinese. Real-time setting and reading can be done on this screen, which is convenient and intelligent for operation.
Emergency stop switch and protection facility ensure safety of electrical system.
Time display in the operating box can help the operator calculate the time of cooling and die opening.
The operation screen can measure the running state of the hydraulic station, which can alarm and remind the solution if any abnormal happens, such like lower liquid level, oil temperature high over, pressure of return oil high over and pressure of inlet oil high over, etc.
The operation panel of GDC machine is made of stainless steel and all letters are well carved. The version on the panel is English version, for commission convenient, E-type Chinese version should provide to commission person.
Add a relay to the cycle complete indication lamp. Green color means in auto mode; Yellow color means: machine in stop ( in dry circle, may in manual or auto); red color means in E-stop or malfunction status.
