Big gear GDC machine includes ABB6700-155/2.85 casting robot body with its controller, casting manipulator, installation base, Al. liquid level measuring devices, etc. to finish liquid fetching and casting. The maximum extension of robot body is 2850mm, maximum loading is 155kg, repeated positioning precision is 0.1mm and the maximum capacity of ladle is 15kg (Excluding of ladle weight), which is made of stainless steel and every 8 hours shall be coated.
Integrated control system
It includes the touch sensitive screen, PLC, communication model, industrial A/C etc. (sufficient to Indian conditions of summer @ +50 deg C ambient) to finish all the actions and data adjustments in the whole casting process. Chinese-English language for convenient operation, commission and casting weight, speed (controlled by time) such data can be set directly.
Machine improvement

With certain design to inspection the wheel dimension, accordingly adjust the tool parameter, but it is different from wheel detecting function. Indicator light: green color means machine in auto mode; yellow color means machine is not running condition ( in dry circle, may manual or auto); red color means in E-stop or malfunction status.
All electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and water loops which expose outside, and not suitable to lift with machine body, shall have quick connect and loose function.
