Hydraulic system of Small gear GDC machine
uses stack valve of high pressure, large flow to minis hydraulic set and installation space.
Each hydraulic actuator is controlled by an individual hydraulic solenoid valve and has function of master cylinder and side core holding pressure to improve quality (special function only Wanfeng machine has, and the hydraulic pressure holding is controlled by electricity).
Hydraulic system is no leak, lower noise, high efficiency, longer service life, pipeline settled regularly, fitly, easy maintain service.
Hydraulic system is equipped with digital pressure sensor and digital temperature sensor, hydraulic station pressure and oil temperature is shown on HMI.Hydraulic connector apply expansion socket.
Small gear GDC machine is structured with four poles, mould design is of four side molds, hexahedral. Main parts are fixed template structure, moving template structure, product ejecting structure, side core opening/locking structure and down mold automatic lock structure etc.
