The demand for aluminum alloy motorcycle wheels in India has exploded this year. However, the local wheel hub production line in India is still in the manual stage. Due to the extremely high working environment and high-intensity work pressure, most workers are unwilling to choose to work in the foundry workshop.
Wanfeng has developed a GDC machine with a wheel pickup arm(extractor). The ability to automatically cycle and take the parts outside the machine effectively reduces the workload of workers and improves work efficiency.
