Part.01| Next-Generation Energy-Saving Tower Furnace
Featuring an innovative sealed fume hood with a movable door design, the furnace tower height is reduced by 1,000 mm, while exhaust gas temperature drops to as low as 300°C. This ensures high efficiency and energy savings while laying a solid foundation for green production.
Part 02 | Extra-Large Integrated Low-Pressure Die Casting Machine
Designed for ultra-large, lightweight castings such as new energy vehicle battery packs, the machine adopts a servo-hydraulic system for stable, low-consumption operation. Combined with high-precision mold-filling control and molten aluminum leakage detection technology, it enables efficient, accurate forming of large, complex castings.

Large-Scale Servo Flip & Forming Machine
Equipped with a high-response servo drive system, it delivers fast, precise movements. Suited to multi-angle trimming and forming of large, complex castings, it offers rapid die change and a high degree of flexibility.
Battery Pack CNC Grinding & Milling Machine
Built with a gantry-type five-axis structure and a quick tool-change system, it is purpose-designed for grinding and milling battery packs. It accommodates workpieces up to 2,400 × 1,200 mm.
