Smelting furnaces are generally used to make metal alloy formulations, with a relatively large capacity, more than 2 to 3 tons. The smelted metal solution is generally used as an alloy ingot, and some are directly supplied to the machine side furnace.

The melting furnace is mainly composed of melting furnace, crucible, heating element, furnace cover lifting mechanism, electrical automatic temperature control system, etc. The furnace shell is welded into a cylindrical shape by section steel and steel plate. There is a hole in the lower part of the front end of the furnace body, through which the melt in the crucible can flow out of the furnace body, so that the working chamber is not damaged.

1) Furnace body. The 8mm steel plate and section steel are welded into a box-shaped whole, that is, the furnace body. Open air inlet, feed inlet, aluminum inlet, aluminum outlet, slag discharge and auxiliary system support frame. The insulation layer adopts the asbestos board enclosure material in the furnace shell. The furnace lining consists of refractory bricks and carbon-silicon bricks to form a melting chamber and a holding chamber, and has corresponding inlets and outlets.

2) Combustion system. It consists of two groups of oil tank, oil pump, burner and pipeline, and is divided into melting chamber and heat preservation chamber.

3) Degassing refining metamorphism system. A degassing refining and metamorphic chamber is set on the other side of the water inlet, and the aluminum liquid is pressurized with pure nitrogen. The effect of degassing, slag removal and refining can be achieved in the molten aluminum, and deterioration can be carried out in the refining chamber.

4) Feeding system. It can be automatically fed by machine or manually, so that the prepared material can enter the melting chamber.

5) Smoke exhaust system. A 300mm soundproof chimney is installed on the upper corner of the back of the furnace to exhaust the flue gas to the outside.

6) Temperature measurement system. By connecting the automatic temperature controller with the temperature measuring thermocouple, the temperature of each temperature measuring point can be automatically controlled.
