On September 19, the 20th China International Casting Expo, the 16th China International Die Casting Industry Exhibition and the 16th International Nonferrous and Special Casting Exhibition hosted by the China Foundry Association opened in Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center as scheduled, which is also the first industry exhibition in Shanghai this year that covers the whole industry chain of casting.

The servo tilt gravity die casting cell (GDC machine) is composed of a large gear gravity machine and a robotic gating system that the company has focused on researching and developing in recent years. The gravity machine adopts double servo control technology to realize any setting of tilt angle control, continuously variable speed during the turning process, stable turning, accurate positioning, and improve the casting quality. The gating system, combined with industrial robots and sliding platforms, can realize multi machine linkage, automatic pouring and picking up, effectively reduce labor, change the situation of dirty and disorderly traditional casting industry and difficult recruitment, automate gravity casting, and solve the industry's pain points.
