When a variety of furnace-type structures are used for industrial activities, they are generally collectively referred to as industrial furnaces. Industrial furnaces include refractory materials, metallic materials and other non-metallic materials, as well as combinations of metallic materials and non-metallic materials, and even furnace construction. In modern industrial activities, industrial furnaces are widely used in key production process equipment systems in metallurgy and other industrial fields.

1. Industrial furnace:

Industrial furnace is a general term for special thermal equipment used to change the shape or physical properties of materials in industrial activities. It is an indispensable thermal equipment in industrial activities. In metallurgy, chemical, non-ferrous metals, building materials, machinery, light industry and other industries, different industrial furnaces are used for different industrial purposes.

2. Structural composition of industrial furnace:

Although there are many types of industrial furnaces, from the basic structure, they mainly include three parts:

(1) Heating system: including equipment systems that provide various heat sources to materials in industrial furnaces. Such as: energy medium pipeline and equipment system, power transmission system transformer equipment, etc.;

(2) Industrial furnace body: this is the basic structure of industrial furnace, including frame support structure, furnace body structure, material conveying system, etc.;

(3) Smoke exhaust system: mainly includes flue, chimney, heat exchanger and smoke exhaust auxiliary equipment, etc.;

(4) Other supporting equipment.
