Industrial furnaces often involve heating processes such as smelting, drying, baking, and chemical reactions during the production process. The industrial furnace is the heating equipment used in these processes. The fuels that provide heat sources for these devices mainly include gas fuel, liquid fuel, solid fuel and electricity. Using these heating devices is prone to burns and electric shock accidents. If gas or liquid fuels are used, if leakage or spillage occurs, it may also pose a risk of fire and explosion.
When the industrial furnace is used, the furnace door lifting mechanism must be intact, and the broken wire of the steel wire rope must not exceed the specified value. The heavy hammer is properly configured, and the exposed transmission part should be provided with a protective cover. If it is a water-cooled furnace door, make sure that the pipeline is unblocked, and the pipeline is not frozen in winter. The furnace door should have a limit device. When entering and exiting the furnace, there should be an interlock device that cuts off the power. The number of broken wires in the wire rope within the pitch should not exceed 10%. The weight of the balance furnace door should be suspended reliably. It is required that the protective device of the exposed transmission part should be kept in the correct installation position and the structure is reasonable. The steel wire rope pulley of the furnace car should be intact. All pulleys and sprockets on the kiln are in good condition, without defects, and flexible in rotation.
The furnace wall and lining of the industrial furnace body shall be tight and leak-free. Refractory materials are required to withstand heat, corrosion, friction and chemical erosion. The furnace wall of the furnace body must be kept intact without any defects; the joints of refractory materials and their products must not leak; at the same time, the integrity of the furnace must be strong. The gas valve should be able to stop the switch in any position according to the operating requirements, especially when the flame is extinguished, it can quickly cut off the fuel supply. The air valve is required to be free from looseness and leakage, and to maintain its integrity and reliability. There should be no cracks or leakage in the oil pipe, air pipe and heating pipe. All kinds of pipelines for different purposes should be kept leak-free, crack-free and unblocked, the oil nozzle should be unblocked, and the oil temperature and oil (wind) pressure should be kept normal.
