No flammable or explosive materials should be placed near the deburring machine to prevent accidents caused by discharge sparks caused by temporary shortage of working fluid. The operator must be familiar with the processing technology of the deburring machine tool, properly select the processing parameters, and operate in accordance with the prescribed operating sequence to prevent failures such as wire breakage.
The operator must be familiar with the operating technology of the deburring machine tool. Before starting the machine, the relevant parts of the machine tool should be lubricated according to the equipment lubrication requirements (the lubricant must meet the requirements of the machine tool manual).
Before formally processing the workpiece, it should be confirmed that the position of the workpiece has been installed correctly to prevent collision with the wire frame and damage to the transmission components such as the screw rod and the nut due to overtravel. For workbenches without overtravel limit, prevent overtravel fall accidents.
Try to eliminate the residual stress of the workpiece to prevent the workpiece from bursting and hurting people during the cutting process. The protective cover should be installed before processing.
When stopping, stop the high-frequency pulse power supply first, then stop the working fluid, let the electrode wire run for a period of time, and wait for the wire storage cylinder to reverse before stopping the wire. After the work is over, turn off the main power supply, clean the workbench and fixtures, and lubricate the machine tool. After operating the wire storage barrel with the hand crank, pull out the handle in time to prevent the crank handle from being thrown out and hurting people when the wire storage barrel rotates. When loading and unloading the electrode wire, take care to prevent the electrode wire from getting stuck. The replaced fee wire should be placed in the specified container to prevent it from being mixed into the circuit and the wire system, causing electrical short-circuit, contact and wire breakage. Pay attention to prevent wire breakage and transmission parts collision caused by the inertia of the wire barrel. For this reason, when stopping, press the "Stop" button as soon as possible after the yarn storage drum changes direction.
Regularly check whether the protective grounding of the machine tool is reliable, pay attention to whether various parts are leaking, and try to prevent electric shock. After closing the processing power supply, do not use hand-held conductive tools to touch the two output terminals (bed and work piece) of the power supply to prevent electric shock. Do not press the switch or touch the power supply with wet hands. Prevent conductive materials such as working fluid from entering the electrical part. In the event of a fire caused by a short circuit of the electrical appliance, the power supply should be cut off first, and a suitable fire extinguisher such as carbon tetrachloride should be used to extinguish the fire immediately. When overhauling machine tools, machine tools, pulse power supplies, and control systems, care should be taken to properly cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock and damage to circuit components.
