Continuous tower melting furnace
It is heated by natural gas and mainly used for melting Al. alloy ingots and scraps. The tower type can save natural gas more than 25%. Al. liquid output with semi-automatic or automatic lifting, two types.
Features
1. The overall structure is divided into two categories: Japanese-style tower furnaces and European-style tower furnaces;
2. The melting efficiency of the melting furnace ranges from 0.5T/h to 3T/h, and the holding chamber capacity ranges from 1.5T to 8T;
3. Oxidation burning loss: Japanese furnace ≤1.5% (new standard aluminum ingot), European furnace ≤1.0% (new standard aluminum ingot);
4. The temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum is ±5℃, the system pressure is 10KPA, and the pressure in front of the mouth is 3-4KPA.
