Our edge of LPDC machine for ratchet wheel is side mold opening and closing mechanism: The equipment installs four independent side mold opening and closing mechanisms symmetrically on the lower fixed template. And connect with the mold. There is a travel switch on the moving position of the side mold.
Product ejection mechanism: upside down mounted on the top cylinder connecting plate, the whole action realizes automatic ejection.
Safety lock mechanism: The safety lock mechanism installed on the upper fixed template can avoid the danger of the movable template sliding freely when the entire hydraulic system loses pressure.
Casting removal mechanism: fixed on the right side of the machine body, the casting tray ensures that the casting will not cause collision when falling.
The bottom mechanism of the machine: holding furnace and other accessories.
