The holding furnace of LPDC machine for motorcycle cylinder head is connected with the frame, and the exposed riser pipe throat reaches the shortest state to shorten the flow of molten metal and ensure the filling temperature of molten aluminum.
The temperature control method of the holding furnace adopts PID + SCR, which can automatically control the temperature of the holding furnace and the temperature of the molten aluminum to avoid temperature runaway, and has over-temperature protection and alarm functions.
The front side of the holding furnace is equipped with a single-rotation shaft charging furnace door, which can be opened and closed in the horizontal direction (rotation 180°).
A riser pipe is installed in the holding furnace, which is suitable for various gate processes.
The holding furnace is equipped with a furnace pressure safety relief valve and an automatic exhaust valve. When the furnace pressure exceeds the limit, it has an automatic pressure relief function. The automatic exhaust valve is used for automatic exhaust after each pressurization.
