E.g. Automatic pre cut machine of motorcycle wheel is mainly used for blank pre-cut machine of 16-18 inch aluminum alloy wheel. The device consists of assembly line, synchronous fixture, turning mechanism, control system and protective mechanism. The device only completes the function of motorcycle wheel automatic pre-cut machine.

Suitable for 16-18 inch aluminum wheel processing；It is suitable for the processing of various spoke aluminum wheels. The rim width of the product is 70-150 mm, and the drum protrusion≤35 mm.The torsional deviation of the aluminum wheel profile should not exceed 3 mm.Detailed dimension processing range is shown in picture 2 below.
Process
Loading on feeding conveyor line → Rough location of motorcycle → wheel external diameter detection → loading on the processing station → chunk claps the wheel →Isometric block exit → Chuck clamping wheel → Protective cover drop → machine work → Protective cover rises → Isometric block entry → Chuck release → Wheel unloading automatically；Start cycle.
