Design Structure
The moving plate adopts four-column and three-plate structure, the main oil cylinder adopts compound oil cylinder, the ejection rod of the oil cylinder selects high quality steel and is processed by high-frequency hard chromium fine grinding, high precision, good rigidity, high compression strength, the cutting speed and stroke can be adjusted, and can realize the dry running stroke speed up, work stroke slow down function.
Moving plate mechanism consist of moving plate and four guide pillar. It is a slider structure.
The moving plate adopts Q345B steel plate and the upper part is welded to strengthen the rib structure, and the aging treatment is done to eliminate the stress, to ensure the stability of long-term use and reduce the deformation. The installation surface should be finishing to ensure the installation accuracy of the trimming die.
