Automatic place filter
The filter is automatically installed;
Casting wheels
Two LPDC Machines as one cell, and aluminum filling the mold through a stalk tube, then cooling work start. After the mold is opened, the wheel is ejected.
Extractor taking wheels
Manipulator enter into LPDC machine automatically , and take wheels out.
Water cooling
Extractor will put wheel into water tank for cooling, and take out again.
Unloading
The extractor places the wheel on the elevator and the elevator descends
Transfer
Conveying products on the conveyor line under the platform
