(1) The saw blade should be sharp. Once it is not sharp, sharp abrasive materials (such as clay refractory bricks, grinding wheels, etc.) can be used for manual sharpening. But it is necessary to cut this kind of material several times under the condition of cooling water, so that the diamond particles are exposed, so as to achieve the purpose of sharp saw blade.

(2) After installation, the saw blade should be straight, rotate in the same direction, and have no jump or deflection when rotating.

(3) For wet cutting, a wet saw blade must be used. Adjust the spray water to the front edge of the saw blade and the cutting surface on both sides. The amount of water should not be too large, so that it can remove cutting chips.

(4) When the saw blade has not touched the workpiece, start the power switch, and the operation can start after the speed is stable. Turn off the switch immediately after the operation is completed, and place the cutting machine after the saw blade has completely stopped.

(5) The bottom plate of the cutting machine must be in close contact with the surface of the workpiece, and the saw blade must be aligned with the pre-determined line.

(6) When cutting, the operation must be balanced, and the knife shall be fed at a straight line at an average speed, and violent impact is not allowed. Pay attention to slow advance and slow withdrawal.

(7) During operation, prevent the overload caused by strong feeding, which will reduce the cutting efficiency and shorten the life of the main machine and the saw blade. When sawing cement, porcelain and stone, the cutting depth must be less than 5cm at a time. When the cutting depth is greater than 5cm, the saw should be divided into 2-3 times, otherwise it is easy to damage the saw blade or burn the motor.

(8) The cutting width is controlled by positioning baffle, stopper, and ruler to ensure and unify the size.

(9) When shutting down, cut off the power first and then cut off the water to prevent dry cutting.

(10) After the work is completed, stone chips and all dirt should be removed, and a layer of lubricant should be applied to the rusty surface.
