The basic working principle of large tilting gravity die casting machine (GDC machine)is that the casting machine completes the die closing action in the horizontal or vertical direction, completes the tilting pouring process driven by the tilting cylinder, reversely tilts the casting after solidification, completes the die opening action in the horizontal or vertical direction, then ejects the casting under the function of the ejector cylinder, and finally manually takes out the casting to complete a working cycle.
