It is special for alloy liquid hardening & tempering.According to the melting capacity and furnace structure, mechanical stirring, electromagnetic stirring, permanent magnet stirring, and tilting tool can be optional equipped.
Features
1. The equipment is mainly reflective, divided into separate melting furnace and holding furnace, which can be equipped with electromagnetic stirring equipment to improve the quality of molten aluminum;
2. The equipment uses a side-mounted regenerative burner as the heating source. According to the working conditions, the burner can choose the furnace mixing mode or the nozzle mixing mode;
3. The furnace door of the equipment (single furnace door or double furnace door can be used) is lifted by a motor, the side wall of the lining can be selected from two modes of high alumina brick or casting, and the furnace roof adopts the hanging brick mode;
